The Bandcamp release includes the original masters, most of which were produced at 96kHz 24 bit high resolution. Some files lableled 96, which are the 96/24 masters, may have been mixed in 44.1k. But these were mastered at 96/24. The others labelled 44 were done completely at 44/24. Most of the 96/24 masters were both mixed and mastered at 96/24.
